Since 2001, the Company, as a member of the Magyar Telekom Group, has been part of the international Deutsche Telekom Group. Thanks to the new adjusted brand structure and constantly keeping pace with the latest world achievements in the field of electronic communications, the Company continuously focuses on meeting the demands and needs of the modern day customers, thus always using the best practice of the Deutsche Telekom Group in order to provide maximum benefits for its customers.

The main focus of the Company is the continuous development of the communication network on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia and the introduction new telecommunication services and solutions. In 2009 Makedonski Telekom shall continue to operate in that direction. The implementation of the “Fiber to the Home” project is of crucial importance, which shall provide building of a significantly faster telecommunication network, at speed of up to 100 Mbps available in every home.
