Vendor Qualification System

The main goal of Makedonski Telekom is to cooperate with vendors which shall indirectly contribute towards the implementation of the goals of Makedonski Telekom, i.e. satisfy the needs of our users on a higher level through providing products/services with better quality and meeting the deadlines.

In order to achieve these goals, Makedonski Telekom introduced vendor qualification system which is based on a mark given to the vendor for their operation within the frames of delivered products or services performed, from technical, economical and qualitative point of managing, aiming towards long run cooperation. The qualification consists of two phases:

• First phase: Pre-qualification
  The pre-qualification procedure is based on a mark given to the data from the questionnaire “Prequalification form”. Based on the answers from the questionnaire, AD Makedonski Telekomunikacii shall carry out classification of the vendors, i.e. prior defined criteria.
• Second phase: Post-qualification
  The procedure for post-qualification is based on a mark given to the performance of the delivered products i.e. the performed services from a point of view of their quality and delivery in the requested timeline.

The Vendor ranking list is created after the summation of the points from the pre and post qualification.

Aiming to give precise mark to the questionnaire please submit accurate and factual data.

Makedonski Telekom shall inform you annually about the results achieved in the Vendor qualification process.
