Auditors

At the Shareholders’ Assembly meeting held on November 4th, 2009, Pricewaterhouse Coopers Skopje – Macedonia (“PwC”) was elected as the independent auditor and Group auditor for auditing the Annual Account and the Financial Statements of Makedonski Telekom for the year ending December 31st, 2009.
The independent auditors and Group auditors for years ending December 31st, 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004, 2003, 2002 and 2001 were as follows:
