Total number of shares and total number of voting rights as at the date of the publishing of the Public Notice for participation at the Shareholders’ Assembly meeting of Makedonski Telekom AD – Skopje

As at the date of the publishing of the Public Notice for participation at thе Shareholders’ Assembly meeting of the Makedonski Telekom AD – Skopje (Company), 15.03.2018, the Company has issued 95,838,780 ordinary shares in total and 1 preferred (golden) share.

The total number of voting rights arising from the ordinary shares is 86,254,902, while the preferred cumulative share (golden share), owned by the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, has one voting right and special rights in accordance with the Company Statute.
