Интернет без омраза

For a Hate-Free Internet

Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to the opportunities of the digital world and we believe that no one should be marginalized or excluded.
However, online hate poses a threat to the foundations of a safe and inclusive connected society.

That is why we take a strong stand against online hate and we are committed to becoming a catalyst for meaningful changes.

We particularly focus on the younger generation because young people, despite their prowess in digital communication, are often unprotected from the harmful effects of hate and harassment online. . At this important stage of their personal growth and development, it is our responsibility to teach them how to resist and at the same time encourage them to become proactive allies in creating a culture of respect and positive discourse online.

Младинско движење

Youth movement for a
hate-free internet

The Foundation Telekom for Macedonia and UNICEF have launched a two-year partnership for a hate-free internet and a youth-led movement for a more humane online world. The goal is to create a movement through which young people will fight for an internet free of bullying and hate speech through education, co-creation and substantial actions. All activities will be led by young people who will inspire others to join and expand the movement across the country.

Toilet paper is
our weapon

In close collaboration with influential figures on social networks that face hate on a daily basis, we have launched an initiative to fight against its spread. Real hateful comments that influencers receive every day have been written out on toilet paper. Through interesting videos that they share, they symbolically show that the place of hate is in the trash.

Youth campaign „Bullying Bye Bye“

The initiative Together for a Hate-Free Internet in Partnership with UNICEF started in 2003. Young people are at the forefront of the fight for a hate-free internet and together with professionals from various fields, they created a social media campaign to raise awareness among their peers and the general public. We gave them the tools, space and knowledge and they started the positive change themselves.
