The second cycle of Smart Start – a student programme of Makedonski Telekom – is starting. This is both an opportunity and a challenge for professional development and practical experience for the students who will be working on specific projects under the leadership of top professionals.

The programme is intended for undergraduate students starting from the second year until the final year of studies, as well as for postgraduate students, and it is comprised of 14 attractive projects in the area of digital transformation. The scope of topics is extensive and it covers multiple business areas: technical, IT, economy, marketing, e-business, communications, data analytics, product management, etc.

By participating in the projects, the students will be creating advanced digital services with a state-of-the-art technology, but they will also be learning agile working and design thinking, which are highly appreciated on the labour market.

With Smart Start, young people have a chance to feel the rhythm of working within a large international company which is the leader in its industry, as well as to start their career at Telekom.
