At a time when we are faced with a serious epidemic, the way we live and work has completely changed. In such conditions, it is our responsibility to remain calm, full of solidarity and twice as focused on our social role.

In the coming period, the digital communication will be crucial in order to enable the production and functioning of the businesses, but also the communication with our loved ones. Now, we have a great responsibility. Our priority is to maintain the seamlessness of the capacity of the network and the internet access. I assure you that all of our resources are dedicated to ensuring smooth communication.

In such conditions, the human factor and solidarity are paramount and we have a moral obligation to protect our employees and their families. All colleagues whose work allows that are working from their homes, but they are maximally committed and aware that they should do their best.

Our employees from the customer departments who provide on-site services are our heroes, and we make sure that they follow the advice for protection also when in direct contact with the customers.

The health of the people is of utmost importance, so we must be sure to provide constant communication and services. We adapt our business processes on a daily basis in order to be able to function and respond to all requests even faster than usual.

Being aware of the strategic role of communications in crisis situations, we make our communication capacities available to the authorities, but we also take care of the needs of the business and consumer customers. We have doubled the internet capacity for the business customers which in line with the recommendations work from home, but also for the consumer customers, so that we all stay connected, without exceptions.

We are part of this society and will remain vigilant, dedicated and full of solidarity in the fight against this global threat.
