Nikola Ljushev

Chief Executive Officer

Nikola Ljushev is the Chief Executive Officer of Makedonski Telekom as of 1 July 2018. He gained his extensive experience in the telecommunication industry on top-level management positions in the Deutsche Telekom Group, in Cosmofon and in the Telekom Austria Group.

He joins Telekom from the position of Chief Executive Officer of Crnogorski Telekom (member of Deutsche Telekom Group) where he achieved excellent results and assured company growth. Before joining the Deutsche Telekom Group, Ljushev was member of the executive management team of Telekom Austria in Macedonia as Chief Executive Officer of Vip operator from 2007 until 2015, and after the merger of Vip and One, he was also Executive Director of one.Vip in the period 2015 - 2016. He started his career in Makedonski Telekom back in 1997.

Mr. Ljushev holds BSc in Electrical Engineering in the area of electronics and telecommunications and additional education in corporate management from prestigious international schools and universities, including the Harvard Business School, INSEAD, University of Chicago etc. The influential magazine Global Telecom Business – London awarded him as one of the top Forty-Under-Forty executive directors in the telecommunication segment worldwide, twice, in 2010 and 2011.

Slavko Projkoski

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Projkoski started his career in Makedonski Telekom in 1995, where he was appointed to several managerial positions mainly in the finance area, Executive Director of the Controlling Area and later on Chief Financial Director. Due to the achieved results in the course of his career in Makedonski Telekom, on 2007 he was appointed in the position of Chief Financial Officer of Makedonski Telekom. Mr. Projkoski holds a BSc degree in electrical engineering and has an extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. As of 25 February 2010, he holds the position of Chief Financial Officer of Makedonski Telekom.

Chief Commercial Officer B2C

Emilija Andonovska assumed the position of Chief Commercial Officer B2C on 1st July 2023. She is a proven professional with an experience of more than 20 years at Makedonski Telekom. She has held various managerial positions in the commercial and the financial segment.

She started her career in the Controlling and Analysis Department, after which she assumed a position in the CFO Area first as Customer Finance Director and, thereafter, Corporate Finance Director of the Group. She continued enhancing her experience in customer-related areas, where she has managed the Sales and Technical Services Department, which is newly established and, concurrently, constitutes the largest unit in the company.

Emilija Andonovska holds a BA Degree in Economics and is an MBA in General Management.

Maja Milosavlevska Naumovska

Chief Technical and IT Officer

Maja Milosavlevska Naumovska is the Chief Technical and IT Officer in Makedonski Telekom, as of 1 August 2022.
Maja is a graduate engineer in Computer Science and Information Technology and a proven professional, with 22 years of experience in the telecommunications industry in the field of technology and IT. Her comprehensive expertise and experience includes network planning and development, systems transformation and integration, IT and network operations, implementation of mobile and fixed radio access networks, development of data centre solutions, etc.

Chief Commercial Officer B2B

Marjan Bogatinovski is the Chief Commercial Officer B2B as of 1 May, 2023. He is an experienced product management and business development professional with three decades of experience in the field of telecommunications, system integration and business software.

He started his career as an assistant in Telecommunications at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering within the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius. and continued building his career in several renowned global companies such as the Dutch KPN Research, TNO Telecom and the Polish Asseco SEE, in various responsible positions related to innovation, business consultancy and managing sectors for new products. He had worked in Makedonski Telekom in the business customers segment, where he was in charge for the development of VoIP for large accounts, software solutions for sales, system integration products and leading the sales team for key accounts.

He comes to the new position after being Product Management and Business Development Executive at DataMajoris, a regional company with own development of complete IoT solutions for business customers.

Bogatinovski holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius, where he also obtained a Master's degree in Telecommunications.
