Zarko Lukovski, Executive member of the Board of Directors in function of Chief Operating Officer of Makedonski Telekom, will pursue his career outside the Company due to the expiry of his managerial contract on 30 June 2017.
Nazim Bushi, currently at the position Vice President of the Board of Directors of Makedonski Telekom is appointed to perform the function of Executive member of the Board of Directors in function of Chief Operating Officer of Makedonski Telekom for a time period of up to 3 months, starting as of 1 July 2017

Zarko Lukovski, the Executive member of the Board of Directors in function of Chief Operating Officer of Makedonski Telekom shall pursue his career outside the Company due to the expiry of his managerial contract on 30 June 2017.
Lukovski has held top management positions in the Company since 2006. In 2010 he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of T-Mobile Macedonia and in 2015 as Chief Operating Officer of Makedonski Telekom.
Under his management, projects were implemented which completely changed the telecommunications industry in Macedonia, especially in the area of the development of the mobile technology, such as the introduction of 3G and 4G networks on the market for the first time. He worked on the development of the ICT business such as the Smart City project and pursued innovative solutions such as mobile payment and introduced innovations in the way the company does business.
He played an important role in the merger of Makedonski Telekom and T-Mobile Macedonia which directly contributed for the company to keep its leading position on the market.

The Board of Directors of Makedonski Telekom appointed Nazim Bushi, currently the Vice President of the Board of Directors of Makedonski Telekom to perform on the position of Executive member of the Board of Directors in function of Chief Operating Officer of Makedonski Telekom for a time period of up to 3 months, as of 1 July 2017.
