Programme for voluntary termination of the employment relation

The Boards of Directors of Makedonski Telekom and T-Mobile Macedonia, at their meetings held on 11 July 2013, adopted two key resolutions for the operation of the companies. The changes in the organizational structure and the Programme on the terms and conditions for voluntary termination of the employment relation of the employees in both companies for 2013 were approved.

These changes are a result of the strong competitive environment and the fast dynamics of the market movements, which are causing negative trends. The new organization is aimed at building an efficient company which will keep the leadership position in the market, in accordance with the new rules and conditions.

Part of the changes also involves increasing the efficiency, as well as restructuring and optimization of the human resources. The Companies, in cooperation with the Trade Union, introduced a Programme for voluntary termination of the employment relation, which is the best solution for implementation of the new structure.

The Programme is voluntary and exceptionally favourable. It is designed on the basis of several criteria in the interest of the employees such as severance payment for years of service, as well as an additional onetime financial payment on other basis: years of age, etc.

This is the most favourable Programme for voluntary termination of the employment relation in Macedonia with a maximum amount of payment of EUR 30.000. The Programme refers to employees in Makedonski Telekom and T-Mobile Macedonia.

The changes that will follow will contribute to build an even more effective company that will successfully respond to the new business challenges, which will lead to the development of new and enhanced services and increased customer satisfaction.
