The Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles was the venue of the MTV Video Music Awards that took place yesterday.At the glamorous music event, the attractive Katy Perry won three Moon Man statues including the biggest prize of the event for best video of the year for "Firework", which arose as a result of the cooperation of Katy Perry with T-Mobile, and in which 20 Macedonians participated.

The twenty-six year-old pop icon, who once again succeeded in being noted for her incredible styling and originality, was a performer with the highest number of nominations. In addition to the award for Best Video of the Year for Firework, Katy Perry also won the awards for best cooperation and best visual effects for the duet song "E.T." with Kanye West.

The filming of the extravagant video for the song "Firework" was also a unique opportunity for a great number of talented young people to participate in her spot and be a part of an amazing production. About 20 fans from Macedonia were also part of the filming in Budapest, along with 230 young people from different European countries.

In fact, it is a special project of Katy Perry and T-Mobile. T-Mobile’s customers from 8 European countries, including Macedonia, had a unique opportunity to show their inner spark and to show their talent that served as an inspiration for this video clip.

Congratulations to the 20 Macedonians who found their spark thus taking part in the best music video in the world for the previous year. T-Mobile will continue to create memorable moments worth sharing for its customers.
