The users can easily manage all fix and mobile services via the internet

With the Telekom MK app, superior digital customer experience across all DT Group companies, Makedonski Telekom has upgraded the existing app available on the mobile devices which enables the users to easily manage their telecommunication services easily and at all times. The need to upgrade the application resulted from the idea to ensure that the users of Makedonski Telekom will get the necessary services in a fast and efficient manner, as a result of the simplification of the processes which goes in the direction of the digitization of the company.

The app, as a digital tool, now has a modern look and new additional features which will significantly improve the customer experience. All users of Makedonski Telekom that will use the app will have improved online access to the fix and mobile services, will be able to see their cost history, to view and pay their bills, to top up vouchers and activate packages. One of the novelties is the fast, easy and secure payment of bills with payment cards because the app memorizes the user’s payment card for which state-of-the-art security standards are applied.

The Telekom MK app is a central channel for online communication regarding the overall business operation of the company and it will be available for consumer (postpaid and prepaid), and soon for the business users as well. The activation of the Telekom MK app offers numerous benefits for the prepaid users, such as twice as much internet when activating internet packages and Cool bonus via the app, free 500 MB internet for every user that will top-up a voucher via the application. Furthermore, every new user of prepaid SIM card of MKD 399 will be able to activate free of charge 1GB internet via the Telekom MK app. Moreover, with the activation of the Travel&Surf Balkan package via the Telekom MK app, the users get 2 GB Internet for MKD 699.

This is a joint project of Deutsche Telekom and so far such app for management of telecommunication services and products is also available in five other countries members of the Group, whereby the users are provided with the same digital customer experience, regardless in which country of the DT family they are.
