The Board of Directors of Makedonski Telekom, at today’s meeting, appointed Mr. Tibor Vidos as a new Chief Director of Key Issues in Makedonski Telekom as of 1 October 2011. Furthermore, Mr. Vidos was appointed by the Board of Directors of T-Mobile as an Executive Member of the Board of Directors of T-Mobile in the function of Chief Operating Officer of T-Mobile, as of 1 October 2011.

The new member of the top management of the two companies, Mr. Tibor Vidos comes from Hungary. He has an extensive professional experience in several international corporations. In the course of his rich career, Mr. Vidos has managed the corporate communications, government relations and regulatory activities of several companies amongst others at Invitel Telecommunication, Hungary’s second largest fixed line telephone company. In Crnogorski Telekom, where he was professionally engaged for over five years, he was in charge of the Regulatory and Legal Areas as well as was a member of the Management Committee of the incumbent fixed line and mobile operator in Montenegro.

Mr. Vidos is coming in the place of Mr. Klaus Mueller who, for the purposes of continuing his professional career in another position within the Deutsche Telekom Group withdrew from the positions of Chief Director of Key Issues in Makedonski Telekom and Executive Member of the Board of Directors of T-Mobile in the function of Chief Operating Officer of T-Mobile.

The Boards of Directors of Makedonski Telekom and T-Mobile thanked Mr. Klaus Mueller for his engagement in the past four years during which he proved himself as a true professional in the sphere of the corporate strategy and the relations with the key shareholders in Makedonski Telekom and played a significant role in the maintenance of the leading position of T-Mobile on the market. At the same time, the Boards of Directors of Makedonski Telekom and T-Mobile wished Mr. Mueller a successful professional career in the future as well.
