Smart Start is open for all students from faculties which are part of this Programme i.e. students in the second year of graduate studies until the end of their graduate studies, as well as students attending post-graduate studies. Makedonski Telekom is a company dedicated to keeping up with and applying global trends and ready to provide that via Start Smart to the young people who want and need to enrich their knowledge.

The Programme consists of 11 attractive projects, each of them unique, special and ambitious in its area. We create the digital future through such projects by making difference on the market for business products, creating advanced digital services and using our top technologies for new IT solutions and services. Each area is subject to changes and seeks innovative and creative young people who will continue to offer solutions, persons who are comfortable to go beyond the established theories and usual frameworks.

Smart Start is 6 to 12-month Programme consisting of several elements. At the beginning of the engagement, the students will be introduced with the corporate strategy and values via the orientation programme. Furthermore, they will work on professional tasks within the selected project. Apart from acquiring practical professional skills, they will learn all about agile work, designer thinking and will improve their competences.

By participating in such Programme the students have the opportunity to feel the rhythm of working in a large international company and practically learn a lot for different segments for which there is a big demand on the labour market.
