In the procurement process, Makedonski Telekom starts from the legal regulatory as well as its internal regulatory that set forth the manner and the procedure of carrying out the procurement of products and service performance.

Makedonski Telekom carries out the procurement process transparently with the aim of selecting the most appropriate vendor for the subjected procurement, taking into consideration the price, the deadlines, the terms of delivery and the quality of the products and the services.

In order to achieve the aforementioned goals, Makedonski Telekom implements the following functions and changes:

  • The announcement of the tender enables easier selection of the most favorable vendor for the Company.
  • The standardized process for the contracts with the vendors and the requests for offers, the standard documents and their processing through the integrated IT solution give stability in the relation between the users and the vendors.
  • With the application of the Vendor qualification system the Company shall keep in touch with selected vendors and there shall be more favorable contractual conditions achieved for Makedonski Telekom as well as for the vendors.
