Makedonski Telekom enables you to top up credit on your or another prepaid account of any customer, starting from only 100 MKD.

The prepaid account can be topped up:

In Telekom points of sale
On the website of Makedonski Telekom
Through the application TELEKOM MK
Via thepay online portal
At ATMs of Stopanska banka and Tutunska Banka
On your postpaid mobile account by calling 122
On your fixed bill by calling 122
On your fixed bill in the MaxTV menu (if you are MaxTV customer)

With the extended sales network for vouchers, you can top up your account wherever you see the e-voucher logo, at over 5,000 locations throughout Macedonia, including:

kiosks
supermarkets
local shops
gasoline/petrol stations
Makpetrol shops.

Topping up a prepaid account of another customer

The prepaid account can also be topped up by a mobile postpaid customer of Makedonski Telekom in one of the following manners:

Directly from your mobile phone, over the Interactive voice response (IVR) on 070 122
Directly from your mobile phone, with the service My Menu, by dialing *122#.
Through your profile onMy Telekom

The prepaid account can also be topped up by a fixed line customer of Makedonski Telekom in one of the following ways:

Directly from your fixed phone, over the Interactive voice response (IVR) on 122.
Through your profile onMy Telekom
Through the MaxTV client.

The prepaid account can be topped up by anyone, regardless whether they are a customer of Makedonski Telekom or not:

A t an ATM – Go to the nearest ATM of Stopanska banka or NLB Tutunska banka, choose the menu Additional services and follow the instructions displayed on the screen;
Visit the nearest point of sale for vouchers, where all you need to do is choose the desired amount and give the number of the customer whose account is topped up.
